Will FBSW text me to solicit information?
FirstBank Southwest will never text message you to solicit personal information. If you receive a text, email or phone call asking you for your account number or debit card information. Do not give this information out. If you are suspicious of a text, email or phone call, please contact us at 1.800.944.9561.
How do I report a lost or stolen card?
To report a lost or stolen debit card during business hours, please call 806.355.9661 or 1.800.944.9561. To report a lost or stolen debit card after business hours, please call 1.800.500.1044.
How do I reset my password?
If you forget your Online Banking password, have too many failed logins, or have a disabled account during business hours, please call 806.355.9661 or 1.800.944.9561 and ask to speak to someone in the eBanking department.
If you forget your Online Banking password after hours, you may use the “Reset Your Password” link on the page where you would enter your password. Enter the required information correctly, and you’ll be prompted to enter your new password.
How do I activate my card?
To activate a debit card or change your PIN by phone call 1.866.633.5293. To activate a debit card at the ATM enter your assigned (or existing) PIN to activate. To change your PIN at the ATM, select PIN Change at home screen to change.
