The full-time Customer Service Attendant position in Pampa is responsible for providing:
- Customer service
- Opening new accounts
- Selling bank products
- Responding to customer requests and inquiries
- Conducting research, hold statements, and providing routine file maintenance
High school education or equivalent is required, some college courses helpful.
Must have at least one year experience in bookkeeping, banking, or related field.
Must be flexible, able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work in a stressful environment.
Good interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills are essential.
Mental concentration is necessary for working in a high traffic area with constant interruptions.
Position requires walking, sitting, and some lifting.
The regularly scheduled days are Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
