FirstBank Southwest (FBSW) is moving forward with re-opening bank lobbies, including Wealth Management, Covenant Title, and the Mortgage Center, on Monday, June 1, 2020. FBSW is confident that they can safely return to serving customers in the branch lobbies and will take safety precautions to protect the health and safety of employees and customers amid the presence of the Coronavirus (COVID-19). FBSW’s decision to re-open was evaluated and weighed by available data, including local, state, and national guidelines and will ensure re-opening plans are in accordance with their guidance.

Health and safety protocols have been implemented to ensure our customers and employees are safe. Employees are following a hand washing schedule and potentially exposed employees will stay home. Hand sanitizer stations will be located at each entrance and in high traffic areas throughout the building. Frequent, enhanced deep cleaning will be conducted and will place special emphasis on all surfaces, display products and high traffic areas. Plexiglass dividers are installed at all locations at each teller station and will be installed for employees who work directly with customers and conduct business. Until all plexiglass dividers are installed, FBSW highly recommends both employees and customers to wear a mask. Floor decals indicating a 6-foot distance will be placed to encourage social distancing. Customers will be directed to use appropriate entrances and exits. Lastly, a greeter upon entrance to the building may ask customers to temporarily remove masks or show ID for safety and identification purposes.

FBSW is taking all preventative steps to keep our customers and employees safe. Making an appointment is encouraged but will not be required.

For customers practicing isolation, FBSW has resources available to limit the need to go into the public setting. This includes drive-thru, ATMs, mobile banking, online banking, and bank by phone services. Customers can access accounts online at www.fbsw.com or on FBSW Mobile App on their mobile device. Those who have not enrolled in online access or have questions are asked to call 806-355-9661 for assistance.
