Passwords to a customer’s account information are encrypted and unreadable to our employees. There should never be a need for customers to reveal their passwords to one of our employees. Requests for such information should be immediately reported to the bank.
Customers and visitors to our site may elect to provide us with personal information via E-mail or online forms. This information is used internally, as appropriate, to handle the sender’s request.
We do not disclose any nonpublic personal information about our customers or former customers to anyone, except as permitted by law.
Some areas of our web site may use a “cookie” (a file stored on the visitor’s computer) to allow the logging of pages used within the site and to know if the site has been visited before.
