FirstBank Southwest was recently recognized in five categories in the 2026 Best of Amarillo Community’s Choice Awards, earning Best Overall Leadership and Top 3 finalist recognition in Best Bank, Best Customer Service, Best Financial Planning Services, and Best Philanthropic Business.
The recognition is especially meaningful because it comes directly from the people and communities we serve every day.
While we’re grateful to be recognized for Best Overall Leadership, we don’t view leadership as something reserved for a handful of people. At FirstBank Southwest, leadership can be found throughout the organization. It’s the employees who build relationships with customers, support their teammates, volunteer in their communities, and look for ways to make a difference both inside and outside the bank.
